Our updated timetable begins this week (w/c 14th July 2022) and we are so excited to announce the new additions of Clubbercise and Pound with Katrina.
Clubbercise (Thursdays 17:45 - 18:30pm) is a fun full body workout with a banging soundtrack that gets great results. One session burns around 600 calories. The routines combine dance, toning and combat moves with options to suit all fitness levels. Classes are held in a darkened room with disco lights and LED glow sticks.
Channel your inner Rockstar with Pound (Sundays 9:30 - 10:15am), a full-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energising, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums
Other changes to the timetable is the introduction of an evening Pump Class (Wednesday 18:00 - 18:45pm - Starting 24th August 2022). Pump is a total body-workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Working to the beat of the music, each track focuses on a different part of the body using a barbell with light to moderate weight and lots of repetition. The music will help to motivate and push you to work harder.
We endeavour to contiune to find new ways to keep our class timetable exciting and inclusive for all members to get involved.
