We asked our amazing members for feedback and the response has been incredible. This feedback is so important to us and its helps us provide you with a better service. We have made new additions to our timetable, including Rig Fitness, Zumba and Barre Pilates. We have also added Pure Tone on for those keen for a Sunday morning session. We've had lots of interest in adding an Aerobic class to our schedule and have managed to find an instructor to provide these from September. So watch this space :)
Rig Fitness is a boot-camp style session for you early risers utilising our outdoor functional rig for a total body workout. Think tyre turns, battleropes, dips, chin ups, TRX moves, barbell squat and presses. This session will torch calories, strengthen muscles and build cardio fitness setting you up for the day ahead.
Barre Pilates is a low impact class to strengthen your body that simplifies complex ballet technique and combines it with Pilates principles to deliver a safe, effective, flowing workout for everyone, with no need of dance experience.
Starting 3rd June 2021, Zumba returns combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity dance moves for an fun, energy boosting, calorie-burning total body workout.
