The Dual Ajustable Pulley boasts a full range of features including a 91kg weight stack on either side, allowing users to incrementally increase their weights as they progress through a variety of exercises. A range of cable attachments which, paired with the versatile positioning of the handles, enables varied and functional workouts for users. Examples of exercises that can be performed include:
